Had very enjoyable stay for two summer holidays. Overall it was newly remodelled and a decent size with large bathroom. Amazing very central location close enough to the main square as well as the Martianez shopping centre.

Loved my good stay in winter time. The breakfasts were always good hot and low cost with set menus due to covid, meats, cheeses. The hotel had unbeatable and amazing location short walk to the centre, and the beach "Playa del Jardín" and the city centre.

The place was clean and relaxing, it had excellent and thoughtful staff in a very efficient manner. The location was excellent and wonderful, so close to Loro Parque as well as didnt want to go home. Moreover, it was about 10 mins walk from Playa de Puerto.

Relaxing place all in all, has fabulous staff during service which I found very reassuring. Rooms are light with a balcony, fresh towels apart from Sunday's, for instance, food is fab. The location is perfect and magnificent, 1 km from a 13.5-hectare zoo. It is also close to restaurants and bars.

The accommodation was intimate, pool was very clean, beds were very comfy. Location: the hotel was short walk to Tenerife, the Town centre and coast, the San Borondon. It took 10 minutes to reach Playa de Puerto on foot.

Incredible base for exploring Puerto de la Cruz. We loved the view of pool. Location close to the beach. They have breakfast, it costs EUR 3 per person per day.
